Recovery from Caesarian Section

I have been taking Herbalife products for 1 year and was breastfeeding my 18 month old son at the time. I started taking the basic nutrition plus (**Herbal Complex). I did not have a weight problem but I did lose 7 pounds in 8 days.

6 months after taking these products, I became pregnant w/my second child. I began using the Herbalife products as my prenatal because the ones prescribed by the doctor made me more nauseous than I already was.

As my pregnancy progressed it was clear that I had a condition called Placenta Previa where the Placenta covers over the Cervix so baby can't come through vaginally. My doctor told me that I would need to have a C-section to deliver baby and doctor schedule my c-section 4 weeks prior to my due date.

I was also borderline Gestational Diabetes which was immediately halted and reversed with the yellow tablets.

Because I knew that I would be having this surgery I decided to prep my body ahead of time because I wanted the quickest recovery possible. I was already using Formula 1, 2, 3 as my prenatal vitamins. I did not introduce the other targeted products until I was about 6 months pregnant due to immense nausea. At which point I began taking Xtra Cal, Herbalifeline, (**Rose Ox), RoseOx, Extreme C, (**Herbal Complex), & Aloe Juice. And took all tablets based on the maximum suggested usage on the labels.

After surgery and birth to a healthy 5 lb 13.3 oz baby boy, I was down in the nursery 5 hours later nursing and holding him. My recovery time was 1 week which is much shorter than the 8 week time frame they give you.

Currently, I am exclusively breastfeeding and I still take all of the same products with an occasional glass of tea when I need more energy. Baby is now a 3 month old BIG boy and you would never guess that he was born 4 weeks early because like his mom he is getting the best nutrition possible.
