Important Notice about milk:

90% of people only use milk in their coffee or tea!
As a result their bodies can’t digest large quantities of milk. We refer to them as being lactose intolerant.

As a rule of thumb we recommend you do not take Herbalife in milk.
If you are a milk drinker (you drink 2 -3 classes of milk everyday) then please use Herbalife in milk.
Please avoid using Formula 1 in milk (even if it says so on the container). Most people is lactose intolerant, and once they start to have 500ml or more of milk a day, they could get all sorts of dietary problem including headache, nausea and feel bloated.  This is caused by milk.  Rather use water and yogurt or soya milk instead.

Tip: Frozen fruit available from the supermarket freezer, tastes great as well as serves as ice cubes when making shake or smoothie.
