Please read below!

Speed Services - Delivery within 24 hours - Your order will be dispatched the next business day with insured speed services as soon as proof of payment has been made.

Obviously Credit Card payments are processed straight away and there is no hold up in the delivery process, but if you have chosen the bank deposit option when you placed your order, please make sure we receive the a faxed copy of your deposit or EFT slip that same day otherwise your order will be delayed 1 day.

As soon as the Orders have been dispatched we will e-mail with the tracking number.

Please note orders Valued at Over R 550.00 will be sent directly to your Door. ( Unless you specify otherwise - Also please make sure that some one will be available to receive the order, otherwise it will be returned to the post office and you will have to collect it there. )

Orders below this value will be sent to the nearest post office.

Important Notice!

As we Incur the costs of the Freight charges we do have a minimum order requirement R 300.00. If you only want to place a small order, that's not a problem, but please note we will charge you an extra R 30.00 for the delivery.

Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife Product purchased from us, simply return the unused portion of the Herbalife Product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase in the Original Herbalife container or box and we will give you a refund!

Please note : packaging, handling & shipping charges are deducted from the refund!
