How much protein do I need?
Herbalife recommends that active individuals consume about 1-2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. For example, a male weighing 70 kg will need between 70-140 g of protein, whereas a female weighing 45 kg will need between 45 g-90 g of protein each day.
