Protein Drink Mix is a great way to help you reach your daily protein intake. Protein is known as the building block of life. It’s essential for the proper functioning of cells and for the growth and repair of tissues.
How much protein do I need?
Herbalife recommends that active individuals consume about 1-2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. For example, a male weighing 70 kg will need between 70-140 g of protein, whereas a female weighing 45 kg will need between 45 g-90 g of protein each day.
