Each shake is calorie-controlled, providing less than 230 calories, health-protecting antioxidants, fibre, pomegranate and blueberry and Pisane®, a vegetable protein sourced from pea. Formula 1 Free From soy, lactose and gluten contains 22 vitamins and minerals including B-vitamins, which are important to support the normal metabolism of nutrients
- Each shake contains Pisane® – a high quality vegetable protein sourced from peas.
- When mixed with 250 ml of semi-skimmed cow’s milk or soya milk, each serving of Formula 1 Free From:
- Provides 905 kJ (220 Calories) (semi-skimmed cow’s milk) or
- 958 kJ (240 Calories) (soya milk)

Mix two tablespoons of powder (26 g) with 250 ml of semi-skimmed cow’s milk (1.5 % fat).
