RETURN POLICY

Herbalife guarantees the quality of every product carrying the Herbalife name and ensures that the products meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. If you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from us, you may request a refund from the Distributor within 30 days from the date of purchase.

REFUND POLICY
Once your order has been submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct. If you need to return a product within 30 days of receiving your order, please email marsha@healthier.co.za for return instructions.

– Orders placed before 11:00am are usually sent to the warehouse the same business day and often ship the same day.
– Orders placed after 11:00am will be sent to the warehouse the next business day and normally ship the next business day.
– Orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing on business days.
– Orders placed on holidays, weekends, or at the beginning and end of the month may experience rare delays.
